We are a bunch of travel and hospitality professionals with collective experience of many decades in planning and organising travel and related services. We have devised and executed hundreds of thousands of trips for our clients from all over the world. It was our frustration with the absence of a technology product, which goes beyond merely devising a fancy itinerary, that led us to conceive and build Battuta.
We are dyed-in-the-wool as far as post-sale service is concerned. Service is a huge focus for us - a prompt, personalised and absolutely FREE service. We make our money by selling a fantastic software not by selling post-sale services.
We have grown organically and are a self-funded company. We are under no pressure from any investors (or their accountants) to endlessly scale up using any or every means.

Battuta is an intuitive and easy to use software. We have found that individual users become familiar with the system on the first day of using it. One can comfortably work on the system after just a couple of days. Of course, like all systems, a little extended experience does improve the ability with the system.

No! You will have unrestricted access to all features of the software during the trial period.
Yes, we could extend the trial period by 15 days, if you feel that you need more time to make up your mind. And, by yet another 15 days in exceptional circumstances.
We will need to be paid quarterly (every 3 months) in advance by wire transfer.
